Customer Roslyn Alexander wanted to recognize Derek for his customer service today. Mrs. Alexander said that Derek was very professional and delightful to work with. She had called in with questions on her billing, and Derek was able to answer her questions and help her out.

I had an appointment today (1-3-2014) with your technician, Erick Rodriguez. I just wanted to send an email and let you know that he did a great job while completing my upgrade. The tech seemed very knowledgeable about DIRECTV products. Of course he was very professional and courteous while in my house. Thanks again, DIRECTV for the awesome service.

Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I appreciated the service of D’Marcus with DIRECTV. For many years I was in business for myself and had many employees. The years brought experience in the ability to recognize an individual that would be an asset to my company. D’Marcus is one that I would be proud to have as a member of my team. I had a great experience with this technician he did excellent looking work outside as well as on the inside, he covered all bases. He checked every wall plate made sure the connectors were good and gave me thorough customer education he deserves the 10. If ever I have problems I hope he comes back and check it for me thank you all.

Technician troubleshooted our connectivity, infrastructure, and equipment and found incompatibility in all areas and fixed or replaced what was necessary. After 10 years with DIRECTV, by far the most thorough employee that’s entered our home. We are completely satisfied.

I informed Jim, Lawrence, and Andrew each that I had an appointment in Longview Monday afternoon and needed to be there by 5:30 PM. (Jim and Lawrence arrived at my home at approximately 3:15 to 3:30). Andrew later arrived at my home and helped with the installation.

I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by each of these three technicians. I had very specific requests in the installation of the system in my home, each of which were satisfied. Jim, Lawrence and Andrew worked expeditiously and as a team in setting up the system and my televisions.

I cannot tell you how nice it was to have these three technicians respond to my needs as a customer. Each of them were sensitive to my requests in installation as well as my time constraints. After everything was installed, these three men also took special care to ensure that there was no mess remaining from the installation process.

I write this email to commend the three men who responded to my ’special needs’ installation to the point in which it allowed me to meet my appointment. These three men truly cared about their customer and did a wonderful job. I hope that my future experiences with DIRECTV customer service will involve DIRECTV representatives as concerned about their customers as Jim George, Andrew Thornton, and Lawrence Burns. These three men displayed a work ethic that is rarely seen anymore. I truly appreciated their work ethic in installing satellite service in my home and hope that their work ethic will be recognized and appreciated by others.
